Free delivery to most Australians for orders over $99!

This applies to the areas below:

  • South East & Central Eastern Queensland
  • Majority of Eastern New South Wales including Sydney
  • Greater Melbourne
  • Canberra
  • Adelaide

If you fall outside of these areas, then the subsidised delivery cost will be calculated for your order by our shopping cart during the checkout process.

To qualify, your order must be greater than $99 after any sale discounts *or coupons* are applied. The order value is not inclusive of any quoted delivery charges or other, non-product expenses.

Orders valued between $0 – $99 will incur any applicable freight charges.

This free delivery offer may be withdrawn or altered at any time.

Other Important Information

We dispatch orders from our warehouse in Willawong, Brisbane (4110) during business hours Monday – Friday (excluding public holidays). All orders are dispatched with 1-2 business days.

We have accounts with a number national transport companies including: AusPost, Couriers Please and TNT to deliver our products around Australia. The carrier used for your order will depend on many factors including the destination, size, and weight of the items etc.

Deliveries are generally made during business hours Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

Changing delivery addresses after your order has been dispatched will incur additional charges from the courier.

Please note that we do not ship to PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers or Parcel Collect at Post Offices.

If you’ve missed a delivery we can organise redelivery with the courier. However, this will incur an additional charge.

Due to safety concerns, courier drivers have the right to refuse delivery if the property has an aggressive dog or a ‘Beware of the dog’ sign. In this instance, you’ll be required to pickup your order from the nearest depot.

Our couriers do not provide a door-to-door service in all locations around Australia. Some remote addresses may require collection from a local depot.

What do our shipping options mean?

Australia Post & Express Post – we use Australia Post as have the most comprehensive network. They have size and weight limitations that limit what we can send with them. But they cover all of the country and in most circumstances a reasonable time frame.

Fast Courier Delivery – when Aust Post are unable to take your delivery due to their limitations we generally use Couriers Please as they are fast, efficient and cover most areas. They are also unable to take our bulkier items.

Fast Bulky Goods Freight – and when Couriers Please restrictions kick in that when we use the big boys, TNT. They have the infrastructure to handle pretty much anything we can throw at them.

Now at times we do differ from the above for a multitude of different reasons, plus we try out new carriers to keep everyone else honest and see if we can improve our service.

Damaged In Transit

All products we dispatch are packed in durable packaging to protect the goods inside.

If a product arrives and is found to be damaged within 7 days of delivery, and we are notified within this time frame, we will cover the cost of any shipping required to or from the original delivery location in order to resolve the issue.

Please inspect the package for damage before signing. If the package is damaged but the contents look unaffected, note the damage on the delivery receipt before signing. If the package is damaged to an extent that the contents may be damaged, please refuse delivery and call us on 1300 783 788
