Free delivery to most Australians for orders over $100!

This applies to the areas below:

·         Most of Queensland, NSW, ACT & Tasmania

·         Greater Melbourne & Adelaide 

·         Perth Metro

For regional Victoria and South Australia, we offer a flat fee of $14.99 + GST per order.

If you fall outside of the above areas, then the delivery cost will be calculated for your order by our shopping cart during the checkout process.

To qualify, your order must be greater than $100 after any sale discounts *or coupons* are applied. The order value is not inclusive of any quoted delivery charges or other, non-product expenses.

Orders valued between $0 – $99.99 will have the delivery cost calculated at the checkout.

This free delivery offer may be withdrawn or altered at any time.

Other Important Information

We dispatch orders from our warehouse in Berrinba, QLD (4117) during business hours Monday – Friday (excluding public holidays). All orders are dispatched with 1-2 business days. Please note that during busy periods, there may be delays due to higher order volumes.

Once shipped you will be sent tracking details via email so you can keep updated as to when you receive the order.

We generally use a variety of carriers including but not limited to Australia Post, Direct Freight Express, TGE and Couriers Please. The carrier used for your order will depend on many factors including the destination, size, and weight of the items etc. We do trial out other carriers at times to keep them all honest and give you a better service so we may vary from these carriers.

Deliveries are generally made during business hours Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

Please note we are unable to change the delivery address of an order once it has left our warehouse. 

If the product is labeled as a bulky item, it cannot be delivered to a PO Box, Parcel Locker, or Parcel Collect. Only Australia Post compliant items are available for this service.

If you’ve missed a delivery, we can organise redelivery with the courier. However, this will incur an additional charge.

Due to safety concerns, courier drivers have the right to refuse delivery if the property has an aggressive dog or a ‘Beware of the dog’ sign. In this instance, you’ll be required to pickup your order from the nearest depot.

Our couriers do not provide a door-to-door service in all locations around Australia. Some regional & remote addresses may require collection from a local depot.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email containing a tracking number and link to where the order can be tracked. Please note this may take 24 hours to update.

To track your package, follow the tracking link in your email or input your tracking number into the carrier’s website.

We cannot amend orders once they have been despatched.

What happens if my item/s gets lost in the transit?

Please contact us immediately with your order number and tracking details from your dispatch notification email. We will then investigate with the carrier to find out where it is and get it back on track.

Damaged In Transit

All products we dispatch are packed in durable packaging to protect the goods inside.

If a product arrives and is found to be damaged within 7 days of delivery, and we are notified within this time frame, we will cover the cost of any shipping required to or from the original delivery location in order to resolve the issue.

Please inspect the package for damage before signing. If the package is damaged but the contents look unaffected, note the damage on the delivery receipt before signing. If the package is damaged to an extent that the contents may be damaged, please refuse delivery and call us on 1300 783 788.

WHAT IS AUTHORITY TO LEAVE (ATL)?

Authority to Leave (ATL) is an option available at checkout. If ticked, the courier will not require a signature for delivery and will leave the parcel in a safe place if no one is home.

 If Authority to Leave is given, you agree that the parcel is deemed ‘delivered’ when left at your premises.

What if I selected ATL and my parcel is stolen? 

Quest Outdoors will not be held liable for any stock loss, due to theft or negligence if Authority To Leave has been given at the time of checkout and proof of delivery has been provided from our courier.

I would like to sign for my order, how can I ensure this? 

If you would prefer to sign for the parcel, please deselect the option “Authority to Leave – if you’re not home, can we leave it” at checkout. If no one is home at the time of delivery, the parcel will be taken to your local Post Office/carrier depot for collection. 

I’ve been notified that my order has been delivered, but I haven’t received it!

·         Check your tracking details. Your order may have been taken to your local Post Office/carrier depot. 

·         Check the surroundings of your property/mailbox. The courier may leave your order in a partially obscured spot to keep it safely away from street view.
