Return & Refund Policy

We want to make sure you’ve got the right gear for your adventure, and sometimes that means changing your mind — no worries!

Here’s what you need to know if you want to return an item:

Refunds:

• Available within 30 days from purchase.

• Item must be as-new:

  • In original unopened packaging

  • Unused (obvious, but we like to be clear 😏)

All tags and labels attached

• Sleeping bags, and clearance items cannot be returned for change-of-mind (they’re considered final sale), but are still covered under warranty.

• Gift cards, freight, and shipping insurance are non-refundable. Any original shipping costs we incurred will be deducted from the refund.

Return Costs & Process:

• For change-of-mind returns, you cover return delivery.

• Once your return claim is submitted, you have 10 business days to send the item back. Exceed this and you’ll need a new claim.

• Items not received in original condition (unopened, unused, all tags/labels attached) won’t get a full refund.
