📦 Dispatch time:
Most orders leave our Brisbane warehouse within 1–2 business days (excluding peak sale chaos). Once it’s on the move, we’ll send you tracking so you can stalk your parcel responsibly.
Freight is calculated at checkout using real-time rates from our extensive network of trusted carriers.
To qualify, your order must be greater $100 or greater after any sale discounts *or coupons* are applied. The order value is not inclusive of any quoted delivery charges or other, non-product expenses such as shipping insurance.

Most orders leave our Brisbane HQ within 24 hours (Mon–Fri) — except during busy sale periods, when our little parcels sometimes have to wait in line.

These times are averages, so while we do everything to get your gear to you quickly, sometimes your parcel takes the scenic route.
Express Shipping:

Usually via Express Post by AusPost, but if your order is overweight or overlength, it might ride with another express service.

Choosing Express Shipping means we’ll try to fast-track your parcel, but we can’t promise it’ll break the sound barrier 😉

At this stage, we’re only shipping within Australia — our little parcels haven’t quite mastered intercontinental travel yet 🌏✈️

Orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Berrinba, QLD (4117) during business hours Monday–Friday(excluding public holidays).

Most orders are sent out within 1–2 business days, but during busy periods (Black Friday, Christmas, Easter, etc.) it can take 5–10 business days to get dispatched.

Once your order is on its way, we’ll email you the tracking details so you can follow it's journey to your doorstep.
Who’s bringing me my goodies?
Your parcel is hitching a ride with one of our trusty delivery legends—think Direct Freight Express, Aus Post, Couriers Please, TGE or another local carriers, depending on where you live and how chunky your order is.
Deliveries are generally made during business hours Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

It’s your responsibility to make sure someone is available to accept the delivery. Need to change the address after shipping? A $30 redirection fee will apply before we can action it.

Once an order has been packed and consigned, we cannot alter or cancel it.

We cannot deliver to Post Offices, PO Boxes, PO Plus, Suites, Parcel Lockers, or Parcel Collect due to carrier restrictions.
A few more things to note:

If the driver can’t leave your order in a safe spot and the delivery is missed (a “futile delivery”), we may arrange redelivery — but it comes with an extra charge. Multiple misses could result in the order being returned to sender, and we may deduct costs from any refund.

For safety reasons, courier drivers can refuse delivery if there’s an aggressive dog or a “Beware of the dog” sign. In this case, you’ll need to pick up your order from the nearest depot.
Basically, your parcel likes to travel safely — it just wants a friendly human to meet it at the door 😉
Shipping Insurance
Want to make sure your order survives its epic journey? We offer Shipping Insurance — a little safety net for your parcel while it’s out exploring the world. It’s calculated based on your order’s value and covers loss or damage once it leaves our warehouse.
Eligibility:

Covers parcels lost or damaged while in the courier’s care.

The courier must confirm the parcel is lost or damaged before we can process a claim.
Exclusions:

Anything that happens after delivery or outside the courier’s control.

Parcels lost due to incorrect address details (even the bravest adventurers need directions!).

Return-to-sender fees or other costs.

You’ll need to start the inquiry — unfortunately, couriers don’t send postcards if your parcel goes missing.

Shipping Insurance is non-refundable, even if you return, cancel, or exchange your order.

By purchasing, you’re agreeing to these terms — your parcel’s safety is in your hands!

Tracking Your Order
The moment your order escapes our warehouse, we’ll slide into your inbox with a tracking link. This usually happens within 24–48 business hours after your order is processed, excluding weekends and public holidays.
You can stalk you order by clicking the tracking link in your notification, or pop your order details into the Where’s My Order page on our website to watch your parcel’s journey across the country.
We cannot amend orders once they have been dispatched.
What is Authority to Leave (ATL)?
All orders are shipped with Authority to Leave (ATL) — basically, your parcel is a little adventurer on a secret mission. 🕵️♂️ If no one’s home, it’ll find a safe spot and leave itself there (no signature required).
If you’d rather it didn’t go rogue, just let us know in the order notes and we’ll rein it back in.
A few mission rules to keep in mind:

If it can’t safely complete its mission or ATL isn’t allowed, it will retreat to the nearest depot.

Re-delivery will cost a minimum of $30 — even heroes have a price!

We can’t tell exactly when it’ll arrive or call ahead, so it may appear like magic 😎
Think of ATL as giving your parcel a bit of independence… it’s brave, clever, and just wants to get to you safely.
What if my order is lost/stolen/damaged in transit?
Sometimes parcels have a wild journey… they might get lost, stolen, or damaged while braving the perils of transit. Once the courier confirms delivery, Quest Outdoors can’t be held responsible for any mishaps along the way.
If this makes you nervous for your parcel’s safety, we highly recommend shipping insurance — think of it as giving your brave little parcel a trusty shield 🛡️ for its journey.
