For regional Victoria, South Australia, Perth & Tasmania, we offer a flat fee of $19.99 per order.
Outside of the above areas, then the delivery cost will be calculated for your order by our shopping cart during the checkout process.
To qualify, your order must be greater than $100 after any sale discounts *or coupons* are applied. The order value is not inclusive of any quoted delivery charges or other, non-product expenses such as shipping insurance.
Orders valued between $0 – $99.99 will have the delivery cost calculated at the checkout.
This free delivery offer may be withdrawn or altered at any time.

These are business days after the order has left our warehouse. Most orders leave our warehouse in Brisbane within 24 hours (Mon-Fri) of being received (apart from busy sale periods). These times are average, and we cannot be held responsible for orders that take longer. We do everything possible to get your order to you as fast as possible.
For Express shipping, we generally use Express Post by Aust Post. However, at times, we also use other Express Services where Aus Post will not accept the order due to its restrictions, which are generally overlength and/or overweight. For any order placed with Express Shipping selected, we will also try to get the order out of our warehouse faster. This cannot always be guaranteed.

Please note at this stime we are unable to ship internationally outside of Australia.
Other Important Information
We dispatch orders from our warehouse in Berrinba, QLD (4117) during business hours Monday – Friday (excluding public holidays). Most orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days. Please note that during busy periods, such as Black Friday, Christmas, Easter etc. orders can take between 3-5 business days to get dispatched.
Once shipped, you will be sent tracking details via email so you can keep updated as to when you receive the order.
We generally use a variety of carriers, including but not limited to Australia Post, Direct Freight Express, TGE and Couriers Please. The carrier used for your order will depend on many factors including the destination, size, and weight of the items etc. We do trial out other carriers at times to keep them all honest and give you a better service so we may vary from these carriers.
Deliveries are generally made during business hours Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
Please note we cannot change the delivery address of an order once it has left our warehouse.
Please note that due to carrier restrictions, some items cannot be delivered to a PO Box, Parcel Locker, or Parcel Collect. Only Australia Post-compliant items are available for this service.
If you’ve missed a delivery, we can organise redelivery with the courier. However, this will incur an additional charge.
Due to safety concerns, courier drivers have the right to refuse delivery if the property has an aggressive dog or a ‘Beware of the dog’ sign. In this instance, you’ll be required to pickup your order from the nearest depot.
Shipping Insurance
We offer reasonably priced shipping insurance. This is calculated off the value of your order and covers loss, or damage to items once they have left our warehouse.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to where the order can be tracked. Please note this may take 24 hours to update.
To track your package, follow the tracking link in your email or input your tracking number into the carrier’s website.
We cannot amend orders once they have been dispatched.
What is Authority to Leave (ATL)?
All orders are shipped automatically with Authority to Leave (ATL) given. This means the courier will not require a signature for delivery and will leave the parcel in a safe place if no one is home. Please note if you do not want this to happen, then please advise us in the order notes, and we will revert. Please note if you are not home when the order arrives, then it will be returned to the nearest depot. For it to be redelivered, you will be charged a minimum re-delivery fee of $30 for it to be redelivered. Please note we cannot advise exactly when the order will arrive or call beforehand to advise. Sorry.
What if my order is lost/stolen/damaged in transit?
Quest Outdoors will not be held liable for any damage, or loss, due to theft or negligence if proof of delivery has been provided from our courier. If you are worried about this, we suggest you take out shipping insurance.
