Warranty Claims

Something gone pear-shaped? Don’t stress, we’ll do our best to sort it out.

Every Quest product comes backed by a warranty. Most products are covered for at least 12 months, while selected products are covered for up to 2 years.

Our warranty covers genuine manufacturing faults and defects. If something wasn’t made right, we’ll make it right.

What isn’t covered? The usual suspects:

  • General wear and tear
  • Incorrect use
  • Not following setup, care, maintenance, or usage instructions
  • Accidental damage
  • Commercial use
  • Modifications or alterations
  • Damage caused by severe weather
  • Damage caused by animals, insects, or other curious critters
  • Acts of God (we’re good, but we’re not that good)

A simple rule of thumb: if it’s something we had control over, we’ll stand behind it. If it’s something Mother Nature, a kangaroo, or human error had control over, it’s probably not covered.

How to Make a Claim

Send an email to support@questoutdoors.com.au and include:

  • A few photos of the issue
  • Your original invoice number
  • A quick explanation of what’s happened

Our goal is to review all warranty claims within 1–2 business days. Once we’ve had a look, we’ll get back to you with the next steps and the best way to get you back outdoors.

Outside Australia?

If you’re outside Australia, please contact the retailer you purchased the product from. They’ll be able to help get the ball rolling.
