Is there a warranty on Quest products?
Yes, all Quest products come with a comprehensive warranty. The minimum warranty period is 12 months; some products even have a 24-month warranty. This warranty covers manufacturing faults or defects in the original product, ensuring your peace of mind.
How do I submit a return?
If you wish to return any of the items in your order, we’ll happily offer a refund within 30 days of your purchase, provided the item is in as new condition, which means unopened packaging, unused, and all tags and labels are attached. You can submit a return through your account page. Easy As!
Where do you ship to?
We’re pleased to offer free shipping on orders over $100 to most Australians from our Brisbane warehouse, with next-day shipping.
This covers:
- Most of Queensland
- Most of New South Wales
- Australian Capital Territory
- Greater Melbourne
For most regional areas in Victoria, South Australia, Tasmania and Perth, we charge a flat fee of $21.99 per order.
If you're outside these regions, we'll calculate the shipping cost at checkout. For orders under $100, the delivery cost will also be shown during checkout.
