All Quest Reborn & Refurbished products work perfectly and are in good condition – they have been returned to us and can no longer be sold as new or have been refurbished. This might be because a customer has changed their mind or because a repair was needed. We know that refurbished products have a lot of adventures left in them, but you shouldn’t expect them to be perfect.
